The library research process

Maybe you have a short paper to write that requires using credible sources to support your ideas.  Maybe your assignment is a lengthy research paper that requires you to use scholarly, peer-reviewed articles. You can use these resources on this page and other pages in this guide to help you get started on your library research journey.

To start, your library research journey begin by examining the research cycle chart.  Think about where you are in your library journey.

After you have examined the cycle and determined where you are, your next step will be to use the Library Research Organizer.
